Dicaprylyl Carbonate

Dicaprylyl Carbonate is a lightweight, naturally derived emollient obtained from plant-based caprylic acid.
It is used as a natural alternative to silicone oils, as it improves product spreadability, accelerates absorption, and leaves the skin with a non-greasy, silky-smooth feel¹.

Thanks to its high skin tolerance and compatibility, it helps maintain hydration, strengthens the lipid barrier, and enhances skin elasticity².
It also improves the performance of other active ingredients and contributes to a smooth, even skin texture³ ⁴.
