Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

What you can choose:

• a refund of the paid amount, or

• an exchange for another product of your choice.

Return Conditions

We accept products that are:

• unused, or

• moderately used (up to approx. 20% of the contents), because we want you to have the opportunity to try the product.

Returns are not possible for:

• products that are more than 20% used,

• items purchased on sale or during clearance.

How to Start a Return

Simply send us an email at [email protected] with your name, contact information, order number, and the name of the product you wish to return.

Then, securely pack the product and send it to the following address:

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you by email about the status of your return.

If the return is approved:

• we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 5–10 business days, or

• we will send you a replacement product, according to your choice.

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered – in those cases, all costs are covered by us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value products, we recommend using tracked shipping and/or insured delivery.
