A fast-absorbing oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids.
Avocado oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, particularly oleic acid (ω-9), as well as plant sterols and vitamins A, D, and E, making it a valuable ingredient in skin care¹. Due to its exceptional ability to penetrate the deeper layers of the epidermis, avocado oil effectively restores the lipid layer and helps maintain the skin’s elasticity and softness².
Studies have shown that the application of avocado oil improves hydration and reduces transepidermal water loss, thereby strengthening the skin barrier and enhancing its resilience³.
In addition to its moisturizing effect, avocado oil contains natural antioxidants that neutralize free radicals, helping to slow down the aging process⁴. With regular use, the skin becomes nourished, elastic, and visibly revitalized³.
